What started off as a barely 700 square foot room when the current owners bought it, over the decades, has turned it into an entirely unique 3000 square foot gem with views of the Three Sisters Mountains and Cascades from just about every single west-facing inch of the custom house.
And they did it all themselves.
By hand.
Literally.
The owner, Jim, is a master wood-worker, who has designed and built for high-end clients for years, and in his ‘down time’ slowly but surely built this lil ‘kingdom in the hills’ smack dab in between Sisters and Bend. And he’s ready to retire. And he and his lovely wife are ready to move on to allow someone else to enjoy, and perhaps expand on (it comes with almost 3 acres!), the fruits of their labor.
